Worship Experience

Our Mission is to help people become faithful followers of Christ. We believe Biblically-based sermons and Christ-exalting worship are primary ways to grow our relationship with God. Our worship style is modern, with an occasional hymn, and is led by a mix of worship team staff and skilled volunteers.

About Our Worship Pastor Position

We value innovative ideas, collaborative communication, and excellent implementation as we serve our staff, volunteers, and church. The Worship Pastor will provide leadership in these areas to the worship & media staff, skilled vocal and instrumental volunteers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate shepherds our Worship Team with a pastor’s heart to cultivate the worship experience. They collaborate with our Lead Pastor and teammates about service elements and excel at planning and execution. They communicate effectively with leadership colleagues, administrative support, and volunteers to implement effective processes.

Experience & Education

We seek a Worship Pastor with at least 5 years of experience, who has cultivated worship at similar-sized churches.

    Formation Administrator

    Formations Administrator

    Job Description:

    Our Mission is to help people become faithful followers of Christ. We believe this is accomplished through attendance at weekly worship services (W2), participation in Gospel centered small groups (G2), and through loving others and sharing the Gospel (S2).  This full-time position is responsible for assisting the Formations Pastor and Outreach Director to fulfill the mission and vision of FBC.  This is accomplished through performing various administrative responsibilities, recruiting and equipping volunteers, planning events, and managing ministry data and resources.  The Formations Admin will support the Growth Group function, coordinate details for short-term S2 Trips, provide care and connection to our S2 Workers and Local Ministry Partners, and support ministry planning for equipping classes and formational gatherings.

    Experience & Education

    They must have a high school diploma, and some undergraduate courses are desirable. They should have strong computer and office skills and able to handle recurring responsibilities and project assignments.

    • Involved (with family, if applicable) in life at FBC.
    • Effective relational style enabling them to work with church leaders, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
