Join the Team at Foothills Bible Church

Foothills is a Gospel-centered, disciple-making church in Littleton, Colorado, where about 1,600 people gather across two Sunday services. We’re a community marked by biblical depth, relational warmth, and a shared vision that “Everyone’s welcome because nobody’s perfect, and God has BIG plans for your life.” That vision is taking root. Our church has grown 6% over the last year and is poised for even more Kingdom impact.

We believe the Word of God brings life. That’s why the study and application of Scripture shapes everything we do—from kids and students to adults and outreach. Whether you’re teaching, leading, supporting, or serving, your role here will help people encounter Jesus and grow into the person God made them to be.

We’re also grateful to live where we do. Littleton sits at the edge of the Rocky Mountains—blending the energy of the Denver metro area with quick access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all kinds of outdoor adventure. Our staff genuinely loves doing life together, and that includes time on the slopes, trails, and patios.

At FBC, we work together like family and serve with purpose! Being on staff at Foothills brings meaningful work while building relationships with coworkers and volunteers. Supporting ministries behind the scenes means every role plays a vital part in helping our church reach people with the love of Christ. Student Ministries Pastor

The teenage years are some of the most defining in a person’s faith journey—and we want a leader who’s ready to step into that story.
At Foothills, we’re seeking a Student Ministry Pastor to help students discover Jesus, walk with Him daily, and become bold witnesses in their schools, homes, and friend circles.

Position Summary

The Student Ministry Director/Pastor serves as the primary spiritual leader and directional pastor for middle and high school students (grades 7–12) at Foothills Bible Church. This leader builds and leads a ministry that is relationally engaging, biblically grounded, and strategically aligned with the mission of FBC—helping students worship God (W2), grow in Christ-centered community (G2), and live on mission (S2).

This Director/Pastor is responsible for casting vision, developing leaders, teaching God’s Word, and creating a culture that draws students in, disciples them deeply, and sends them out boldly.
