Join the Team at Foothills Bible Church

God is doing something special here in the foothills of Colorado—and we’re praying for passionate, servant-hearted leaders to join us in it.

Foothills Bible Church is a gospel-centered, disciple-making church in Littleton, Colorado, where about 1,600 people gather across two Sunday services. We’re a community marked by biblical depth, relational warmth, and a shared vision that “Everyone’s welcome because nobody’s perfect, and God has BIG plans for your life.” That vision is taking root—our church has grown 6% this year and is poised for even more Kingdom impact.

We believe the Word of God brings life. That’s why the study and application of Scripture shapes everything we do—from kids and students to adults and outreach. Whether you’re teaching, leading, supporting, or serving, your role here will help people encounter Jesus and grow into the person God made them to be.

We’re also grateful to live where we do. Littleton sits at the edge of the Rocky Mountains—blending the energy of the Denver metro area with quick access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all kinds of outdoor adventure. Our staff genuinely loves doing life together, and that includes time on the slopes, trails, and patios.

So take a look at the open roles below. Read. Pray. And if God stirs something in you—we’d love to hear your story.
