Register Today!

VBS is the week of June 12 -16 and our theme is “Ready, Set, Move! Follow Jesus here, there and Everywhere”. VBS takes place from 9:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Vacation Bible School is one of the biggest community events of the year and signups run through May 31. Spaces in some age groups may fill up so plan ahead with registering your children. We can’t wait to see you!

Cost for kids 4-year-olds through incoming sixth graders is $10/each.

Preschool
  • Preschool children will be checked in at the lower level of the main church building.
  • Please print nametags for your child at the computer stations located throughout the lower level lobby and then take the child directly to their classrooms.
  • The TV monitors and large signs throughout the area will have your child’s age/color group and will direct you to the correct room.
  • You will be required to have the coordinating pick-up tag when you come to retrieve your children at the end of each day.
  • If someone else will be picking up your child, then you must sign the pick-up tag, write the name of the person who will be picking up your child on the tag, and leave it with a staff person at the desk in the lower lobby.  Photo ID’s will be checked upon pick-up.
Elementary (K-4th Grade)
  • Elementary kids (Kindergarten – 4th grade) will check in with their groups in the main auditorium in the upper level of the main church building.
  • The TV monitors with your child’s age/color group will be posted as you enter the main upper lobby and the group guides will be in the main auditorium with coordinating signs.
  • Please locate your child’s group guide and sign them in on the roster with the group guide.
  • All kids must have a parent/guardian sign them out with the group guide at the end of each day.
VBX (5th-6th Grade)
  • VBX kids (5th – 6th grade) will check in with their groups in the main auditorium in the upper level of the main church building.

Pick Up & Drop Off

Each day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:15 p.m. All preschoolers should be picked up at 12:00 p.m. Please be prompt in picking up your children as we have many volunteers who need to pick up their own kids as well. Parents must come into the building for pick up and drop off.

Keeping Your Kids Happy & Healthy

Please put sunscreen on your child each day.

We encourage every child to eat a hearty, protein-packed breakfast each day. Light, pre-packaged snacks will be served as part of the VBS experience but the kids burn a lot of calories and we want them all to be happy and healthy! If you’ve discussed bringing an allergy alternative snack, please remember to drop that off with your child’s group guide.

Please keep your children home if they are experiencing any symptoms of sickness.

Vacation Bible School is one of the biggest outreach events of the year. Volunteers are needed to help make our Vacation Bible School possible.

Another great way to participate is by donating gift cards for VBS needed supplies. These can be dropped off on Sunday mornings or during the week at either the upper or lower offices.

We would love gift cards for Target, Walmart, Amazon, Hobby Lobby, or King Soopers to help purchase supplies.
