This sermon begins our journey through the Gospel of Mark. Mark’s approach was to record specific conversations and events from Jesus’s life to create a picture like a collage. He wanted to provide enough evidence from episodes of Jesus’ life to help people understand the real Jesus, and that he was the Messiah.
