During this COVID season, every aspect of our lives has been touched. The way we work, socialize, worship, vacation, serve and celebrate have all been altered. On the negative side, this disruption has been frustrating. On the positive side, this gives us a fresh opportunity to reevaluate our lives. In this 8-week series, we’ll look at the Bible to see how God wants us to live.

New Better Work | April 11th, 2021
This strange season of COVID has caused us to reevaluate why and how we do so many things in life. This week, we’ll look at work. Why do we work? Why do we do the particular work that we do? There is a Gospel answer and we’ll dive into to understanding what is Gospel work and define a new better work for ourselves.
New Better Friendships | April 18th, 2021
As we look at the subject of friendships, we see that the Bible actually has a lot to say about this. Jesus spent most of his waking hours with people for a reason. As we enter back into normal life after COVID, we should evaluate our friendships and see how to make them better.
New Better Worship | May 16th, 2021
This week we look at Psalm 95 to explore what it means to worship. There are things in our lives that compete for our worship but we can chose to focus on God, with a soft heart and experience worship together in community.
New Better Wealth | May 23rd, 2021
This week we will be diving into what God says about wealth. We’ll discover what God does with His, and what we should do with the money He has given us as well. God owns everything, and therefore our wealth is a gift to be used in the building of His kingdom.
New Better Citizenship | May 30th, 2021
What does the Bible say about our citizenship? As Christians, we are citizens of Heaven – an integral part of His kingdom. But we also still live on Earth, where we are citizens of the State. This week we will discuss how to manage our two citizenships and how they relate to each other.
