It’s healthy in life to pause, reflect and celebrate. Sports teams do it at the end of a season and our church should do it as we end a season. Our church will pause, reflect and celebrate the greatness and might of God. We’ll take our lead from Psalm 22 which says, “I will tell of your name to my brother in the midst of the congregation … so that everyone who hears will stand in awe of Him.”

Before You Go, Remember God | May 28, 2017
What does the holiness of God mean to our daily lives? It means that our actions, thoughts and attitudes should align with God’s holiness. In Joshua 5, the Israelites take a break from the action as God reminds them that holy preparations precede God’s holy work.

How many times do we need to learn the lesson that all the big decisions we face should be brought before the Lord? In this sermon we’ll see the dire consequences of leaving the Lord out of our decisions contrasted with hearing from the Lord.
The Inheritance | June 25, 2017
Joshua 10:29 – 29:45
Who doesn’t like a big inheritance? In these chapters, God is handing out the long-awaited inheritance of the Promised Land to the Israelites. This was an exciting time for them. The lesson we learn from this is that receiving something promised is great but receiving the promise-giver is the greatest.
Cities of Refuge | July 2, 2017
Do you ever wonder if there’s justice in this world? In Joshua 20, we learn what God’s justice looks like and how we can extend justice and mercy to people in our lives.

Although we don’t like to think about death, we know a time is coming for all of us. What legacy do you want to leave behind? What would you include in your farewell speech? Joshua includes the following timeless themes: remember God’s love and faithfulness to you, be strong and courageous, say “no” to temptations, hold fast to God.
A Final Good-bye | July 30, 2017
What’s the greatest threat to your faithfulness to God? God says it’s idolatry. An idol is anything we give our hearts to other than God. In this final sermon from Joshua 24, we learn that the devotion of our heart needs to be given fully to the Lord and nothing else.
