Registrations will be taken through June 30th for our Basketball camp. 
Register early to insure your spot.
Space is limited. 
Registration forms will be available in the lower level lobby.

Cost is $30 per child.

Registration Fee includes: 

• Basketball T-Shirt
• A snack daily 
• A group picture 

Please return your registration form to the Children's Ministry office or mail with payment to FBC.
