Foothills Bible Church offers a dynamic program of three unique MOPS programs: DAY MOPS, NIGHT MOPS and YOUNG MOPS. Take a look at each and pick the right program for you! This year's theme is:
MOPS 2009-2010
Attention mothers of preschoolers! All moms with children ages newborn through kindergarten and moms-to-be! Day and Night (including Young MOPS) programs will be available Thursdays in the fall here at FBC beginning September 3 (see below). You may register now to hold your spot in one of the fall programs; childcare will be provided. Click on Day, Night, or Young MOPS for details and registration forms and watch for more details after August 1.
What Happens at a MOPS meeting?
- A chance to be with other MOMS who share similar circumstances.
- A place of ENCOURAGEMENT, where motherhood is valued and women are special, no matter what their status, education, or personal issues.
- The opportunity to build FRIENDSHIPS with MOPS Mentors and other moms.
- A yummy BREAKFAST/DINNER.
- Discussion groups in an open, CARING atmosphere where moms are free to share their frustrations, fears and feelings with each other.
- LEADERSHIP training and development.
- The opportunity to express CREATIVITY through crafts and life-skills.
- The safe and positive environment of MOPPETS for children to receive Christian love and teaching.
