Foothills Bible Church

The "Mastering Maturity & More" also known as the "senior adult ministry" of Foothills Bible Church has as its purpose to communicate and share God's love to those in the church family, and to those outside the church. The assumption behind the older adult ministry, the groups, and the activities sponsored by this ministry is that they exists for the purpose of serving, not being served; of giving, not receiving.

The M&Ms invite seniors to attend their annual Valentine’s Potluck on Friday, February 10 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the FBC lobby. Please RSVP to Rachel Weldon at Racheltojl@comcast.net or 303.903.9838.

The M&Ms will meet for breakfast at Golden Corral, 3677 S. Santa Fe Dr. in Sheridan at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st Saturday of January. Anyone interested in joining us is welcome!

The M&Ms have two home Bible study groups. For times and locations, check the FBC Family Life Connections or call Karen at ext. 245.

M&M Solos

This group ministers specifically to senior women who are single, divorced, widowed or married but “attend church alone.” Monthly events encourage social connection and include dining together, laughing together and building friendships. Ministry opportunities within the group involve serving at FBC funeral receptions, mending for nursing home residents, assisting “shut-ins” by running errands, etc. The group will get together on Tuesday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Lori Burger's house.  To RSVP please call Lori Burger (303) 973-2825.
