This eight session program helps engaged couples gain basic tools for marriage.  We cover Items such as the couple’s relationship strength and growth areas, healthy communication skills and conflict resolution strategies, budgeting and finances, and developing personal, couple and family goals.

Congratulations!  You are getting married.  If you are considering Foothills for your special celebration, your first step is to contact our Wedding Administrator, Susan. She will be able to answer any questions, discuss available dates and provide you with a wedding packet that includes the charges, policies and procedures, associated with having a wedding at Foothills.

Young and Newly Married, Sundays at 8:45 a.m. in the SHED Room B-2.  This class is designed for young couples who have been married 5 years or less.  Join anytime.

Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University, A major issue in many marriages today is the topic of money. Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University will be offered again in the fall of 2012.  It’s a 13-week program that teaches people how to get out of debt, get control of their money, and learn new behaviors around money that are founded on Scripture, commitment and accountability. Step-Families Class, Coming fall 2012.  Discover the keys to growing healthy relationships in Your Stepfamily.  In this 8 week class, we will be using Ron L. Deal’s book “The Smart Step-Family: Seven Steps to a Healthy Family”.  Ron Deal explodes the myth of the “blended” family as he provides practical, realistic solutions to the issues that stepfamilies face.  He helps remarried and soon-to-be married couples.
