- How to dress: What you see on a Saturday night or Sunday morning at Foothills varies a lot. You'll see flip flops to coat and ties. Come dressed as you are comfortable; anything from jeans to suits will do.
- Arriving: Our services can get filled up quickly. Beat the traffic and try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the service starts. This will give you time to find your way around, drop off your children, and find a seat.
- Parking: There are multiple special visitor parking spots just for you! They are located near the children's lower level and the main upper level as well.
- Children: If you have kids who would like to attend a Sunday School Class, find your way to the lower level of the main building. Our helpful staff will get your children checked in and brief you on their procedures. There is also a nursery for your littlest ones. Next to the nursery is the Nursing Moms room, which is a quiet and relaxing room for you and your baby. You can even watch the service live.
- Greeters/Ushers: You will be greeted by our Ushers and Greeters team. They can guide you where you need to go and answer any questions you may have. Upon entering the auditorium, they will hand you our weekly bulletin, called The Basics, and they can help you find seats if the service is full.
- Basics Card: This is our weekly bulletin that contains 'just the basics' of what's happening at Foothills. At the bottom is a tear off card for you to fill out if you would like to request more information on a specific ministry, or to communicate with us with any other need. Simply drop it in the offering plate or hand it to an usher when you're done.
- The service: At the beginning of the service, we usually have a meet and greet time. But, please note that you will not be singled out as a visitor. During the service, you can expect a variety of musical styles and solid, Biblical teaching. An offering is taken weekly, but do not feel pressured to give if this is not your church home. Communion is served once a month. Communion is available to anyone who has accepted Christ as their Savior; you do not have to attend here to participate in Communion.
- After the Service: If you have a need that you would like someone to pray for, many of our pastors and elders are typically available for prayer up front near the stage.
- Questions: If you would like information on our ministries or have any questions, stop by our Information Center in the main upper level lobby. There are people there to answer your questions and many brochures on our specific ministries.
